Texas Landscape Management, LLC (“Texas Landscape Management,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), which also does business as Texas Irrigation and Lighting, values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to our website, to our lawn care, landscaping, irrigation, and lighting customers, and to our employees who use our internal RAMOS employee operations application.

  • Contact information: name, service address, billing address, phone number (including mobile number), and email address.
  • Service information: details about the services you request, property notes, service history, photographs of the property taken in the course of performing services, and scheduling preferences.
  • Payment information: billing details and payment records. Card numbers are processed by our payment processor and are not stored on our systems.
  • Website usage information: pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.

From employees

  • Contact information: name, mobile number, and email address.
  • Employment records: crew assignment, role, certifications, licenses, and training completions.
  • Work records created in RAMOS: equipment maintenance logs, machine hour readings, photographs of equipment and job sites, completed checklists, assigned tasks, questions submitted to the in-app assistant, and acknowledgment records.
  • Consent records: a record of the text message consent you provided, including the date and the mobile number enrolled.
  1. How We Use Your Information
  • To provide, schedule, and manage our lawn care, landscaping, irrigation, and lighting services.
  • To process billing and payment.
  • To communicate with customers about appointments, service updates, and account matters.
  • To send customers marketing communications, including promotions, special offers, and surveys, where the customer has not opted out. Marketing communications are sent to customers only. We never send marketing or promotional messages to employee mobile numbers enrolled in the RAMOS text message program.
  • To operate our internal employee operations application, including assigning and tracking work, maintaining equipment service history, delivering training content, and keeping records of certifications and acknowledgments.
  • To authenticate employee sign-in to RAMOS using one-time verification codes.
  • To meet our legal, tax, insurance, and regulatory obligations.
  1. SMS and Text Message Communications

Texas Landscape Management operates text message programs described in full in Section 9 of our Terms of Service at https://texaslandscapemanagement.com/terms/. We operate two separate programs.

Customer service messaging

Customers who provide a mobile number and consent may receive text messages about scheduling, appointment confirmations, crew arrival notices, service updates, estimates, invoices, and — where the customer has not opted out of marketing — promotions and service surveys.

Employee operational messaging (RAMOS)

Employees of Texas Landscape Management who provide a mobile number and give written consent may receive text messages through our RAMOS employee operations application. These messages include equipment maintenance reminders, notices that a required maintenance log or weekly check has not been completed, notifications that a machine has been marked as needing repair or is out of service, assigned task reminders, schedule and work notifications, and one-time login verification codes. We do not send marketing or promotional messages to employee numbers enrolled in this program.

Employee enrollment is documented on our Employee SMS Consent Form at https://texaslandscapemanagement.com/sms-consent/.

Frequency, cost, and opting out

  • Message frequency varies. Customers typically receive up to 5 messages per week. Employees enrolled in the RAMOS program typically receive approximately 2 to 10 messages per week.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan and carrier; we do not charge you for the messages themselves.
  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further texts from that program.
  • For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at 346-202-4996.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us, and is not a condition of employment.
  • Employees who opt out of text messages remain responsible for their assigned work and will receive the same information through their crew lead, the RAMOS application, or another available channel.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  1. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share limited information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf. We use vendors to operate our business, including payment processing, scheduling and route software, website hosting, application hosting and databases, and message delivery. These vendors process information only at our direction, only as needed to perform their service for us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. They are not third parties to whom we disclose information for independent use.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, customer and employee records may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

As stated above, text messaging opt-in data and consent records are excluded from all sharing and are not disclosed to any third party under any circumstance.

  1. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to the RAMOS application requires verification of the employee’s mobile number, and each employee can access only their own records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  1. Employee Records and Monitoring

Employees using RAMOS should be aware that questions submitted to the in-app assistant, completed checklists, submitted photographs, hour readings, and task activity are visible to the owner of Texas Landscape Management and are retained as business records. Employees are asked to acknowledge this at first sign-in. Employees are not able to view one another’s individual submissions or questions.
